At Cichlid Colors Fish Room, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. With live fish, we can not accept returns. Contact us with concerns!
How long will it take to get my order?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-4 business days, depending on weather. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What are the payment options?
We can send you a Paypal invoice to purchase fish. Other payment methods available as well. Contact us to discuss options.
I have seen fish posted that are not available on this website!
Watch our social media pages for fish that have been posted as available. You can direct message, text, or call us to inquire about available fish. We want to be sure you are buying healthy fish, as well as top quality fish. For this reason we have chosen not to have a website store. Instead please contact us via direct message, email, text, or phone for livestock availability.

We may also have breeding groups available in the fish room that are not posted. Just call or text us, we'll let you know what is available.
