At Cichlid Colors Fish Room, we want to make sure you receive your aquarium fish in a safe and timely manner. We offer various shipping options and will work with you to ensure that your fish arrive healthy and happy. Currently we are shipping Southwest Cargo and UPS Overnight!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cichlid Colors Fish Room. All fish are 100% guaranteed to arrive alive, happy and healthy. In the rare event of a DOA. Please send us a clear photo of the DOA fish still in the original packaging bag. We are not responsible for accidents with fish once they are unpackaged from our shipping bags and placed in their new living areas. You must send your picture/video and contact me within 2 hours after the package delivery time.

We will then refund the cost of the fish that are DOA or issue a credit towards future orders. This is at our discretion. We do not refund shipping costs. We only refund the cost of the DOA fish themselves.

We are not responsible for shipping delays from the carrier.

Someone must be home to receive the package. If someone is not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is voided.

Live aquarium fish are not allowed to be returned!
